On April 6 2007 at the top of Agudo hill in the city of Agudo, Rio Grande do sol, Brazil, Mauricio Artur Berger was visited by the same angel Moroni that presented the Plates of Mormon to Joseph Smith. This is what he said at the 7th International Conference of the Second invitation in Novrmber 2022:–
“After calling me by name, he shook my hand, as a man saluting another man, and identify himself as a messenger sent to me from the Father and who had come down to announce to me the fulfillment of the prophesies of these, which are the times of the gentiles, described in the prophesies of the Bible.”

Brother Wagner Zeppenfeld is one of the witnesses who saw the angel Moroni several times, including the day they went up the mountain and the plates were delivered to Mauricio A Berger.

Here is a selection from the Sealed Book of Moses, which is one of the books of the Sealed Book, regarding the Most holy order of the priesthood of God:–
“For great is the wrath of Jehovah, which is kindled against us; for how much our fathers did not heed the law of the Lord concerning the covenants received in the most holy order of the priesthood of God, the order of his Son, whose image, reflected among his elect on earth, is in the order of the priesthood of Melchizedek;
For to do according to all that is written in the Sealed book of the law of Moses, in regard to this higher priesthood, so that we may be ready to receive it, and so that it may remain with us;
That we are children of the covenant and not only among the prophets appointed directly by God, but that every man of the house of Judah find yourself worthy to carry it.”
Moses records the things revealed to him by God, in ‘The book of the law’ and ‘The Sealed Book’:–
“It so happened, that Moses was caught up on a mountain extremely high and came to Mount Zion in the Heavenly Jerusalem, and obtained knowledge of all things that were from the beginning, began to record what he saw and heard in the Sealed Book that was found by Hilkiah together with the book of the law in the days of Josiah king of Judah, which Lehi brought into this land beyond the sea, in order to preserve its
record for future generations of priests of the holy order of the Son of God in the final part of the fulness of times.”

Opening remarks and commentary on the restoration of the priesthood
Dear Brethren, and to whom it may interest, today we are already a large family spread across the world. We speak different languages, we live under different circumstances, but in the hearts of each one of us there is a common witness: we all know, without a shadow of a doubt, that the work of the second invitation is true. We know that Jesus is our Redeemer who is the Head of this Church. We know that Joseph Smith was and is the Prophet who presides over the Work of God in the final dispensation of the fulness of times and who will be at the head of this work until the end.
We know that under heaven’s directive the priesthood was restored under the head of this one who speaks to you today, in fulfillment of the prophesies in Doctrine and Covenants 86 vs.8-10:–
8 Therefore, thus saith the Lord unto you, with whom the priesthood hath continued through the lineage of your fathers;
9 For ye are lawful heirs, according to the flesh, and have been hid from the world with Christ in God.
10 Therefore your life and the priesthood have remained, and must needs remain through you and your lineage until the restoration of all things spoken by the mouths of all the holy prophets since the world began.
and section 113 vs.6-8:–
6 Behold, thus saith the Lord, it is a descendant of Jesse, as well as of Joseph, unto whom rightly belongs the priesthood, and the keys of the kingdom, for an ensign, and for the gathering of my people in the last days.
7 Questions by Elias Higbee: What is meant by the command in Isaiah, 52nd chapter, 1st verse, which saith: Put on thy strength, O Zion—and what people had Isaiah reference to?
8 He had reference to those whom God should call in the last days, who should hold the power of priesthood to bring again Zion, and the redemption of Israel; and to put on her strength is to put on the authority of the priesthood, which she, Zion, has a right to by lineage; also to return to that power which she had lost.
Which mention that “the priesthood will remain hid in the seed of Joseph”, to be restored upon the head “of those whom God would call in the last days to redeem Zion,
and to put on the true authority of the Priesthood, to which Zion is entitled by lineage, in order to return to the power which she had lost”. This prophesy was fulfilled, when the priesthood was confirmed upon me by the unbroken lineage of Joseph Smith Junior, when the laid hands of his great gandson Joseph Frederick Smith rested upon my head, whose priesthood it remained hidden from the generations who have neglected their keys and authority, and that after this, in accordance with D&C 77 vs.11:–
Q. What are we to understand by sealing the one hundred and forty-four thousand, out of all the tribes of Israel—twelve thousand out of every tribe?
A. We are to understand that those who are sealed are high priests, ordained unto the holy order of God, to administer the everlasting gospel; for they are they who are ordained out of every nation, kindred, tongue, and people, by the angels to whom is given power over the nations of the earth, to bring as many as will come to the church of the Firstborn.”
(The one) who now speaks to you was ordained to the high priesthood by the hand of an angel from heaven, and in fulfillment of the prophesy of Isaiah 43:9 which says:-
“let their witnesses come forward so that they can be justified and say: This is true”.
Testimony of the 3 witnesses and the encounter with the angel Moroni
The three witnesses who saw Moroni were presented to the world, as well as the eight who came from the USA to verify the veracity of the artifacts. And as soon as they returned to their country, and in unison, testified to the world on that occasion that it was the truth, as well as the other witnesses who helped bring this work to light, thus fulfilling the law of witnesses required by God for the confirmation of all that is true in his gospel, both in the Old and New Testaments, in the Book of Mormon and in the revelations from Doctrine and Covenants. And after I had presented to the world my witnesses in requirement of the pattern laid down by the heavens, I translated the first sealed record of the Mormon plates.
And that now in mentioning it, albeit in a few words, the singular experience I had with the three witnesses when we were visited by the angel Moroni, I relate to you, however simply, the most sublime of all my experiences with the supernatural, for how much the veil opened again in these current times. It was on this occasion, while we were with our knees bent, in the simplest prayer, hearing the noises coming from the three lights that in the distance hovered in a triangle shape high above our heads, that I opened my eyes and took this picture, as you can see circled in the image, descended, clothed in glory, to instruct us. As soon as he said, “I am Moroni, sent to you from the presence of God, and therefore I am your fellow servant”, I believe that any fear that might still exist in the hearts of these three men, and that that day they were able to glimpse for the first time these sacred artifacts, the plates of Mormon, the sword of Laban, and the seer stones, which I cannot find words to describe, when together we listen, contemplate, and admire, ‘was an angel of God right in front of us’ and in his hands he brought again the plates of Mormon as a message from the Most High for us to deliver to the world.
And as we listened to him as he spoke, we rejoiced, for his still voice, though booming like lightening, warmed our souls and enfolded us in connection with the heavens!
Was there room for doubt? None! Uncertainty, if it ever existed in the minds of these men, had faded, never to return, while the apostasy and deceit that had been in their hearts, like remnants of the LDS church, was extinguished like a flame that was forever turned off.
Receiving the Plates
It was on this occasion that the angel Moroni definitively delivered into my hands the same sacred utensils that were left in the care of Joseph Smith junior in the 19th century; and I say definitely, because when he appeared to me for the first time at dawn at April 6 2007 at the top of Agudo hill, in the city of Agudo, Rio Grande do sol, Brazil, after calling me by name, he shook my hand, as a man saluting another man, and identify himself as a messenger sent to me from the Father and who had come down to announce to me the fulfillment of the prophesies of these, which are the times of the gentiles, described in the prophesies of the Bible, and in section 45 vs.28-9 of Doctrine & Covenants, which says:–
28 And when the times of the gentiles is come in, a light shall break forth among them that sit in darkness, and it shall be the fulness of my gospel.
29 But they receive it not, for they perceive not the light, and they turn their hearts from me because of the precepts of men.
And after saying this, he handed me the plates for preparation with the seer stones in use for the translation of the first six chapters of the Book of Lehi, before placing them back on the hill where I received them, until, in the year of 2017, together with the three witnesses I went to get them again, and therefore definitively, from the hands of this same being and in this same place.
In addition to this testimony of mine about the angel Moroni, there is also the presentation of the three witnesses, Joni Batista, Valdeci Machado and Wagner Zeppenfeld, who will also leave, to whom it may concern, their testimonies in this conference, attesting and confirming before everyone present here, the supernatural appearance of an angel in their sight.
Appearance of Miguel (Adam), Peter, James, John, Raphael
Ultimately I invite everyone to pay close attention to the testimony of my ex-wife Patricia Pires, regarding the event that took place in the Pinheieos plain in Cazios du Sol, in which I had the privilege of talking to Miguel, the Ancient of days, whose design was to spearhead the father’s work from the beginning, when in the beginnings of human creation on Earth he came to be our father Adam, and I delighted in his company, while my ex-wife, which you will see from her testimony at this conference, she witnessed and recorded this sublime event in a photograph.
Among so many apparitions I solemnly declare to you that I witnessed the appearance of apostolic characters from the meridian of time on the top of the mountain,
When on Dec 25th 2008, together with my friend Jader, who did not stay by my side for personal reasons, all related to their belief in the LDS church, we saw three men who identified themselves as Simon Peter, James, and John, a fact attested to by Jader himself, in an email addressed to Simao Pedro, on Wednesday June 29th, 2011 at 10.50pm with copies to Joni Batista and I, reporting everything he himself had seen with me on several occasions on top of the mountain, when the heavens were opened on more than one occasion when he was present, and the supernatural manifested itself right before our eyes, and also the constant presence of Raphael and several other beings, who have visited me since the beginning of this work, all announcing their dispensations, their rights, their keys, their honors, authorities and glories, giving me, Mauricio Artur Berger, all the knowledge, keys, and authority I need to rescue the true church restored by Joseph Smith in the 19th century from the obscurity and darkness it finds itself in at the present time, as prophesied in Doctrine and Covenants 1:30 :–
“And also those to whom these commandments were given, might have power to lay the foundation of this church, and to bring it forth out of obscurity and out of darkness, the only true and living church upon the face of the whole earth, with which I, the Lord, am well pleased, speaking unto the church collectively and not individually.”
Mauricio hears the voice of God
But of all the apparitions I have personally witnessed, whose words can never express with the same intensity of feeling, what my eyes saw and my senses experienced, none provoked in me so much admiration and amazement as hearing, by revelation, the voice of God, announcing to who it may concern, what is to come, and thus confirming our hope in the prophesies of the Bible, the Book of Mormon, and Doctrine & Covenants, whose blood of the prophet Joseph Smith validated them, making the Book of Mormon a new testament of the gospel of Jesus Christ, on the threshold of the fulness of times, whose readers of all denominations of Latter day Saints should know, once and for all, that the revelation of the Sealed Book in this second invitation is an instrument of the Father’s Mercy, so that all who believe in him shall not become like the Pharisees in the days when Jesus was on the earth, who endeavored to adorn the Sepulchers of the prophets, but who, in denying him as Messiah, proceeded to stain their own hands with the shed blood of all of them, with the blood of Abel who was slain in the beginning of the creation of this world, up until the most precious blood of his time, that of Christ Jesus himself, whom they, the Jews had so long looked forward to, but did not recognise him because of their traditions and precepts of men, and that now, so it is with those who understand the doctrines of the restoration and the law of witnesses outlined in the standard works of our faith, which I, Mauricio Artur Berger fulfilled thoroughly, when I presented to the world the three witnesses who witnessed with me the appearance of the angel Moroni, and as soon as, so many others, God deemed necessary to confirm your word in this second invitation, as outlined in the book of 2Nephi 27:14 which says:–
“Wherefore the Lord God will proceed to bring forth the words of the book, and in the mouths of as many witnesses as seemeth him good will he establish his word, and wo be unto him that rejecteth the word of God.”
Wherefore the Lord God will proceed to bring forth these, and who understand well the law of witnesses as established by God in the standard words of the restored gospel in order that his people might identify the truth when the sealed book was announced by as many witnesses, required in your scriptures, because they are overmuch attached to their traditions and to the precepts of men which dictate their forms of worship, as much as the Pharisees did in the time of Jesus, tend to deny that these things may be happening outside the purview of their religion, by whose blood of the prophets of old, as well as the blood of Joseph and Hyrum Smith, will henceforth be in their own hands, if they do not allow themselves to discover for themselves if these things are not true, given that all the requirements as demanded by the law and the standard of God in his gospel have hitherto been fulfilled in its peculiarities by this translator.
Being, therefore, in the presence of these beings, was for me incommensurable occasions that I will never forget, and, although it is an impressive sight, I can say that talking with them, over the years, has become as familiar as a conversation between you and me, always willing to listen, always willing to answer any question that was proposed to them, except for those they classified as irrelevant, and by the nature of their conversations, it is possible to perceive that they are beings extremely versed in the sacred scriptures, and knowledgeable in mathematics and modern science, and, when asked about any subject, reveal such light and beauty as I have never seen.
Yes, I know it’s hard for you or anyone else to believe this story, for no-one would convince me, so easily convinced myself, if this had not happened to me because, in the face of logic, it is likely I would have avoided going to a church where, in modern times, in which a person claims to have been visited by angels. But in my case I cannot deny these things, because I have no doubts about what I have seen and heard. Which is why I speak to you here today, with fearlessness, faith and authority. Because I know exactly what I saw; I understand my mission and my duties to Almighty God concerning the children of men, and the whole world cannot compel me to do or act contrary to what I have witnessed with my own eyes, ears and tact, and God being a witness to this veracity, I would never dare deny it.
And I bear witness to these thing in the hope that all who seek the truth of the Sealed Book may know for themselves by asking God, with the real intention of knowing the truth, whether in fact it has been translated by the Power and Gift of God, from the Mormon Plates and our Great Heavenly Father who gives wisdom to all liberally, and casts none out from his face, will manifest the truth of these things to him who asks him with real intent of heart, and faith in Jesus Christ, and so the truth of these things will be confirmed to you by the power of the Holy Spirit.
This is therefore the final and definitive work to which all the prophets and previous ones pointed with their records and predictions, and I bear witness about the reality and veracity of the Sealed Book in our days, and I pray that each one of you will feel the real need to know by yourselves the truth of these things.
